The Committee to Elect Rocky Rochford ("Committee," "we," "us," or "our") is the authorized principal campaign committee for Robert "Rocky" Rochford, Republican candidate for Florida's 14th Congressional District. 2.1 Information You Provide Directly

2.2 Information Collected at In-Person Events

3. FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS
IMPORTANT: Federal law makes certain contributor information public.
As a federal candidate committee registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), contributions exceeding $200 in a calendar year must be reported publicly, including the contributor's full name, mailing address, occupation, and employer. All FEC disclosure reports are made publicly available by the FEC on its website within 48 hours of receipt. We have no control over the FEC's public disclosure of required contributor information. This is a legal requirement of federal campaign finance law.

5. PROHIBITION ON SALE OR COMMERCIAL USE OF CONTRIBUTOR INFORMATION
In compliance with federal law, the Committee will NOT:
• Sell, rent, or lease your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes
• Use contributor names and addresses obtained from FEC public disclosure reports to solicit contributions
• Use your information for any purpose inconsistent with this Privacy Policy
Federal law specifically prohibits the use of contributor information obtained from FEC disclosure reports for the purpose of soliciting contributions or for commercial purposes. We take this prohibition seriously and will not engage in any practice that violates federal campaign finance law.
6. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except in the following limited circumstances:
6.1 Service Providers

9.2 Text Message Communications
SMS/Text Message Consent Disclosure
By submitting your mobile phone number and opting in to our text message program, you expressly consent to receive recurring autodialed and automated SMS/MMS text messages from the Committee to Elect Rocky Rochford. These messages may include campaign news alerts, event notifications, voting reminders, fundraising appeals, and other campaign updates.

13. FLORIDA RESIDENTS
Florida's Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) applies exclusively to technology platforms with more than $1 billion in global annual revenue. As a campaign committee, we are not subject to the FDBR. However, we are subject to the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), which requires us to take reasonable measures to protect personal information and to notify affected individuals in the event of a data breach involving their personal information.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SOCIAL MEDIA
